Mr. Raju Sawlani, who opened the Can-Chen Food Services Inc- The Hot Breads shop at 720 Burnhamthorpe Road W • Mississauga • Canada with his wife, Mrs. Corinne Sawlani created a brand identity for the Hot Breads. He has the pride to have brought one of the largest baking chain in India and across the world, the Hot breads into Canada and he is overwhelmed that he couldn't resist the opportunity to be the first to open a retail shop and Hot Breads Master Franchise in Canada.

Mr. Raju Sawlani, an Erin Mills resident who used to work in the automobile industry, said he appreciates quality food and desires to introduce his fellow customers to the delicacies in breads and the renowned stuffed curry buns made from equipments flown in from France. The demand for rich fibre content in the traditionally soft bread and products with wholesome nutrients was increasing rapidly and Raju Sawlani aptly grabbed the moment. The chain, which originated in Chennai, India two decades ago has hundreds of stores in 10 countries including the United States, United Kingdom, France and countries in the Middle East. It was created by Mr. M. Mahadevan a.k.a. "Bread King" in Chennai, who is an ally of Mr. Raju Sawlani.

"I'm passionate about what I do and I'm going to give it my all" he said, adding that the 6,000-sq.-ft. facility allows them to centralize the wholesale, catering and franchising operations. The brand is committed to consistency and has made its significant progress up the ladder in Canada.
